DELIVERY CHARGES
All products below INR 1099 come with a delivery charge of INR 100. Customers are not required to pay delivery charges on purchases of any products above INR 1099.
List prices are final and all-inclusive of taxes.
If you wish to cancel any order they can be canceled within 24 hours of it being placed. Once 24 hours have passed we do not accept any cancellations.
TIMELINE FOR DELIVERY
Delivery for your order can take 5-6 days, depending on public holidays.
It is possible that our delivery partner(s) may have a holiday between the day you placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.
Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors -
- The delivery partner(s) in charge of delivering the product.
- Product(s) availability with ‘Luxury Gallery’
- The destination to which you want the order to be shipped.
Customers can track their order by the tracking details given along with the confirmation of the order.

Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on
- Whether the delivery partner ships to your location
- Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location
- The availability of reliable delivery partners in your location
- At times Sellers prefer not to ship to certain locations. This is entirely at their discretion.
